UVO3 & Wycombe Joined Forces
Wycombe Water and UVO3, two Pollet Water Group companies, are joining forces and becoming one legal entity as Wycombe Water Ltd. as of 1st January 2023. By adding the specialized UV- offering of UVO3, Wycombe can position itself more than ever as a complete water treatment expert for all our B2B customers and partners. Below you find a list of frequently asked questions and their corresponding answers. We are sure this will clear up a lot of questions. However, if you don’t find an answer, please contact the team at UVO3 for any other queries you may have.
Customers
Please continue to send your orders to the UVO3 team, all our current contact details will remain unchanged.
If you have an order for products from both UVO3 and Wycombe, you can either send individual orders to each business unit, or send a combined order to your contact at UVO3 or your contact at Wycombe Water.
You will receive an invoice from UVO3, it will include our logo but will have the new bank account details of Wycombe Water Ltd and their registered address.
All orders will continue to be dispatched from our St Ives facility with your standard delivery notes etc. as you have always seen.
For invoices dated from the 01st January and thereafter, all payments need to be made to the Wycombe Water bank account, full details will be clearly indicated on the invoice. For all invoices dated from now until the 31st December, please continue to use the UVO3 bank account as normal.
Please communicate with your normal point of contact at UVO3, they will be happy to confirm all the details are correct.

All our prices (including recently communicated price increases) and delivery times remain unchanged.
No, all your account details remain unchanged, both Wycombe Water and UVO3 work on the same software platform and all account details will be automatically moved across. Wycombe Water would of course love to discuss with you any requirements you have for their products.

Please continue to send your invoice to the UVO3 team as normal, all their current contact details will remain unchanged.
You will receive a purchase order from Wycombe Water, if you need us to set up a new account in the name of Wycombe Water Ltd, please forward to us your new account form. We would expect that all current terms etc will be passed over to this new account. The Wycombe Water Ltd Vat No. is GB727292324 and their Company Registration No. is 03894635
For invoices dated from the 01st January and thereafter, all payments will be made by Wycombe Water Ltd. For all invoices dated from now until the 31st December, all payments will come from UVO3 Ltd.
